Deliveries

Billy Store currently deliver nation-wide. We offer free delivery for detailed information on delivery times. Please note that we might not be able to ship outside South Africa.

Due to the current situation, please note that we are unable to deliver to the Western Cape province. Billy Store use a variety of carriers and we will choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value, destination of your order and shipping method that you chose.

Standard orders may not always be sent via a tracked method and certain carriers may require a signature. Billy Store We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days) 5 to 10 days. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed.

We will send the email / message to you a day when the delivery takes place to inform you when to worry about the product.   6. Deliveries take 5 to 10 days depending where you stay.

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges..

A: Billy Store allow only Cash

Q: Do Billy Store carry half sizes on Dr Martens?
A: We only offer whole sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend you
order the next size down as our footwear can run large.
If that seems too big, we suggest trying an insole or thicker sock.
However, all shoe sizes may vary slightly depending on the make and construction.

Q: Can I cancel the order after purchasing and get my refund?
A: You are only given 12 hours to cancel your order,
failure to do so in a given timeframe you will not be given a chance to do so.
